Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and driven Attorney to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a caseload, develop strong advocacy skills, and play a meaningful role in helping clients through significant life events. Our attorneys are supported by modern systems and processes designed to reduce administrative burden and allow greater focus on strategy, advocacy, and results. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload from intake through resolution Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties Draft legal documents, correspondence, and case evaluations Analyze case facts, liability, and damages Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other proceedings as needed Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently Utilize firm technology and systems to manage cases and workflows effectively Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in Ohio (or ability to obtain licensure promptly) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively A self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Comfort with or willingness to adopt modern legal technology and tools Preferred (but not required) Experience handling claims or litigation matters Courtroom, deposition, or hearing experience Familiarity with client-focused practice areas Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Health insurance options Retirement plan options Paid time off and holidays Ongoing professional development and training, including technology integration Why Join Us?
