Description:
Gungoll , Jackson, Box & Devoll, PC is seeking a general practice litigation attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. While this is a general litigation role, candidates with a background in family law will be given strong consideration. Position starts at $80,000 but gross pay is commensurate with experience and bonus opportunities.
Duties:
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients Research and analyze legal issues Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop case strategies
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the state bar association Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Minimum 3-5 years of experience
