We pride ourselves on guiding clients through some of the most important and sensitive moments of their lives with professionalism, empathy, and strong advocacy. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Family Law Associate Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will either have a strong interest, with a willingness to be trained, or previous experience handling a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and domestic violence issues. This attorney will manage cases from intake through resolution, advocate for clients in court, and work closely with clients during emotionally complex situations. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of family law matters from start to finish Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice and case strategy Draft pleadings, motions, orders, settlement agreements, and other legal documents Appear in court for hearings, conferences, mediations, and trials Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda as needed Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to ensure excellent client service Maintain organized and timely case management Communicate with clients regularly and compassionately throughout the legal process Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license and good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Pathway to partnership Employer-paid health and dental insurance Paid time off and holidays Continuing legal education support Employer matching retirement plan Supportive and collaborative work environment How to Apply Please submit your resume, cover letter, and a writing sample to .
