Interpret, execute, and maintain contracts to ensure compliance with company obligations and governmental regulations. Supervise and perform due diligence on acquisitions and divestitures with other company disciplines and consultants. Direct brokers, surveyors and other consultants in completing projects such as lease acquisition, title work, damage settlements, ROW acquisition, etc. Communicate internally regarding ongoing projects, prospects, timeline strategy, etc. Serve as the company liaison with landowners, mineral owners, working interest partners, and governmental regulatory agencies.
