This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and supportive team that takes the utmost care of their employees by providing continued education and a positive work environment. A successful candidate in this role will have experience supporting and collaborating with family law attorneys and providing excellent care to clients from the beginning to the end of their case. The salary range for this position is 50k - 90k depending on experience. Benefits include medical and dental, retirement plan, 12 days PTO + paid sick time + paid holidays, CLE's paid by firm for continued education, and bonus opportunities. 1+ years of experience handling divorce cases and family law matters Experience e-filing in OR state Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Experience with calendaring and trial prep Strong levels of professionalism including general dependability, strong work ethic, attention to detail, able to collaborate as well as work independently, empathetic and clear communicator. This role requires local office attendance but may offer some hybrid flexibility after a period of onboarding.
