LAND USE ATTORNEY
Tomasi Bragar DuBay PC is a 4-lawyer, dynamic law firm in downtown Portland, with a strong commitment to providing excellent services to our land use, real estate, financial institution, and business clients, while enjoying a balanced life in the Pacific Northwest. Our mission is to grow our practice with reliable and passionate attorneys who are looking to join a team of dedicated individuals. We seek a land use attorney with at least 1-5+ years of land use experience, including assistance in: preparing briefs; drafting permitting documents; and client advocacy before various tribunals. New attorneys with a land use background or interest will be considered. You will have the opportunity to work on complex land use cases, participate in hearings, argue cases, and assist with real estate matters. Strong research and writing skills are required. Must be licensed with the Oregon State Bar and admittance in Washington is a plus.
