Your qualifications : Bachelor's degree and/or training in paralegal work (or equivalent combination of education and experience). At least 3 years of law firm experience in family law . Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills with a variety of recipients of all types and backgrounds. Competent research skills, including the ability to know when to "figure it out" and when to seek guidance. Ability to focus and prioritize when faced with demanding situations. Computer proficiency in basic business and legal programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe. No ego, we work and function as a team, with everyone pitching in where needed.

Your duties:

Communicate regularly with clients and other professionals regarding all aspects of a family law matter with confidence and professionalism. Review, organize, prepare and summarize discovery, including creation of excel spreadsheets and income summaries. Assist attorneys with mediation, deposition and trial preparation. Assist attorneys with memorandums or motions. Perform other special projects and duties as assigned by the attorneys. Four Point Legal is an equal opportunity employer.
