We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and a good team player who can take potential Personal Injury inquiries and leads. The job duties will include but not limited to: Answer incoming calls from potential personal injury clients. Gather basic information about the accident/injury. Enter potential client information into the firm's case management system. Determine whether the potential case meets the firm's basic intake criteria. Schedule consultations with attorneys Follow up with potential clients who have not yet completed intake. Maintain accurate and organized intake records. Provide professional and compassionate customer service. Communicate with potential clients by phone, email, and text. Ensure all potential leads receive timely follow-up.
