Junior Attorney — Criminal Defense Litigation Salem, Oregon | Full-Time A unique opportunity to become a criminal-defense litigator We are seeking a motivated Junior Attorney to join our Salem-based litigation practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who is serious about building a career as a criminal-defense trial lawyer and wants to learn directly from one of Salem's most respected and accomplished litigators . Our firm is intentionally small, which means you will not be one of dozens of associates competing for courtroom experience. You will work closely with the firm's owner and senior attorney, gain meaningful exposure to complex litigation, and have the opportunity to develop the skills required to become an effective, confident courtroom advocate. We believe great trial lawyers are developed through hands-on experience, close mentorship, preparation, and repetition . This position is designed around that philosophy. You will have the opportunity to observe and participate in the strategic and practical aspects of litigation that are difficult to learn from a textbook or in a large firm environment.
