Job Description

Associate Attorney About Us The Halpern Law Firm, LLC, based in Bryn Mawr, PA and Pittsburgh, PA, specializes in representing Mesothelioma victims in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. For over 30 years, the firm, led by David Halpern, has been actively fighting for the rights of victims of asbestos exposure. With a track record of investigating, litigating, and settling numerous mesothelioma and asbestos lung cancer cases, the firm is dedicated to seeking justice for those affected. As an Attorney at The Halpern Law Firm, you will be an important team member in representing clients, conducting research, completing depositions, and meeting with clients. The role closely involves working with clients & other team members, assisting in managing the cases. The candidate must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar.
Qualifications:
2-3+ years of experience preferred Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania Law Ability to work in a fast paced environment Experience in Labor and Employment Law Strong research and negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Ability to organize and manage cases
Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience. Starting at $75,000.00. Medical benefits Dental benefits Vision benefits 401k Vacation time Sick time End of year bonus This position is located on-site in Bryn Mawr, PA (19010) with hybrid opportunities.
