About Us Founded in 2025, Rice Park Law, LLC is a boutique law firm located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania dedicated to meeting the needs of lenders, business owners, and individuals regarding commercial legal services, estate services, and real estate transactions. We serve, support, and empower our clients with a commitment to delivering great results. We are looking for dependable, curious, and energetic self-starters to join our expanding team. Position Summary We are seeking an attorney to handle a range of civil legal matters in both transactional and litigation contexts. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of post-licensure experience and a strong interest in commercial transactions and litigation, loan documentation, real estate transactions, foreclosures, bankruptcies, collections, and/or estate planning and administration. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and staff in a collaborative environment. Pay is commensurate with experience. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on a range of civil legal matters under the supervision of senior attorneys. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and client solutions. Maintain client files and manage a high‑volume workload while consistently meeting deadlines. Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and internal decision‑making. Draft pleadings, memoranda, briefs, agreements, and other legal documents. Prepare for and represent clients in hearings, depositions, negotiations, and other legal proceedings as appropriate. Review and draft agreements, contracts, and other transactional or estate‑related documents. Interact with clients to provide updates, guidance, and high‑quality client service. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in general civil legal practice. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent time-management and organizational abilities. Outstanding and effective communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, organized, curious, and detail oriented. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
