Key Responsibilities Manage and grow an existing book of businesses , while contributing to firm-wide business development initiatives Lead and mentor associates, fostering professional growth and a high-performing team environment. Collaborate with partners and firm leadership on strategic planning and client service initiatives. Represent clients in complex legal matters, providing trusted counsel and practical solutions. Qualifications JD required, licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania. 8+ years of experience in a law firm setting, ideally with a focus on one or more of the following: Commercial Litigation Corporate/Transactional Law Real Estate Employment Law Trust & Estates Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain client relationships.
