We are seeking a skilled and motivated Transportation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, in-office position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work on high-level transportation litigation and regulatory matters.

What You'll Do:

Represent clients in transportation-related litigation, regulatory matters, and compliance issues Draft and argue motions, attend court appearances, and participate in depositions Advise clients on federal and state transportation regulations Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy and execution

What We're Looking For:

ACTIVE licensed to practice in Pennsylvania 3-5 years of experience in transportation law or related litigation Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
