Commercial Litigation Attorney

A growing and well-respected regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated business disputes, work closely with experienced attorneys, and take on meaningful responsibility in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on complex matters Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school 3+ years of commercial litigation experience preferred Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills Experience handling depositions, motions, and discovery Ability to independently manage cases and deadlines Why Join?
