Commercial Litigation Attorney Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in representing clients in commercial disputes and real estate matters, and will be responsible for providing legal counsel, managing litigation processes, and ensuring favorable outcomes for our clients.

Location:

Fort Washington, PA (4-5 days onsite) Key Responsibilities Represent clients in commercial litigation cases, including property disputes and real estate matters. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case arguments and strategies. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Negotiate settlements and engage in mediation processes when applicable. Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings. Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes of their cases. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to build strong case strategies. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on real estate and property disputes. Strong understanding of litigation processes, land use regulations, and commercial law. Excellent research, analytical, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
