Job Description

Overview Worthright & Gaine is seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Attorney to join our growing team. We advise Registered Investment Advisers ("RIAs"), Private Fund Managers, Family Offices, Business Owners, and Financial Professionals on a broad range of legal, regulatory, and business matters. This position provides an opportunity for a new attorney to gain hands-on experience working directly with experienced attorneys and clients across securities law, investment management, and regulatory compliance matters. Responsibilities Assist with drafting and reviewing LP & GP agreements, advisory agreements, fund documents, and other legal contracts; Assist with the formation and ongoing representation of Registered Investment Advisers ("RIAs"), Exempt Reporting Advisers ("ERAs"), and Private Funds; Assist with regulatory filings, examinations, inquiries, and compliance initiatives; Conduct legal and regulatory research related to securities laws, investment management, and regulatory compliance; Support attorneys in advising clients on business formation, governance, and other matters; Participate in client meetings and assist with preparing client communications and legal materials; Stay informed of legal and regulatory developments affecting investment advisers, private funds, and other financial services firms. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active bar membership in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain admission Interest or experience in securities law, investment management, corporate law, or regulatory compliance Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills About Us Worthright & Gaine serves RIAs, Private Fund Managers, Financial Professionals, and more across the U.S. who seek strategic legal support without the burden of institutional overhead. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
