Overview Worthright & Gaine is seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Attorney to join our growing team. We advise Registered Investment Advisers ("RIAs"), Private Fund Managers, Family Offices, Business Owners, and Financial Professionals on a broad range of legal, regulatory, and business matters. This position provides an opportunity for a new attorney to gain hands-on experience working directly with experienced attorneys and clients across securities law, investment management, and regulatory compliance matters. Responsibilities Assist with drafting and reviewing LP & GP agreements, advisory agreements, fund documents, and other legal contracts; Assist with the formation and ongoing representation of Registered Investment Advisers ("RIAs"), Exempt Reporting Advisers ("ERAs"), and Private Funds; Assist with regulatory filings, examinations, inquiries, and compliance initiatives; Conduct legal and regulatory research related to securities laws, investment management, and regulatory compliance; Support attorneys in advising clients on business formation, governance, and other matters; Participate in client meetings and assist with preparing client communications and legal materials; Stay informed of legal and regulatory developments affecting investment advisers, private funds, and other financial services firms. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
