The Franchise team seeks a highly skilled and motivated Franchise/Corporate attorney to join as an Associate attorney in our Malvern, PA office. This is an in-office role. More about the role Analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and legal documents to provide accurate guidance. Prepare and draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. Create and review contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments. Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise legal advice. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client advice. Participate in client meetings, and negotiations as required. Collaborate with senior attorneys and colleagues to develop legal strategies. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing. Stay current with legal trends, changes in legislation and regulations, and case law within the relevant practice areas. Prepare and complete filings with state regulatory agencies. Prepare and prosecute trademark filings.
Requirements:
Associate level: 3-5 years of experience practicing law, specifically in corporate law. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active and in good standing with the State Bar Association. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.
