Description A dynamic and client-focused law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional legal services. Based in Binghamton, New York, they're are seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join their team and contribute to their continued success in there Scranton or Montrose, PA regional offices.
Overview:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in litigation and must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. This position offers the opportunity to handle a wide range of litigation matters from inception through resolution, while working closely with a collaborative team of attorneys and support staff. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active Pennsylvania bar admission in good standing. 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience in state and/or federal court. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. Professional presence, sound judgment, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience handling depositions, mediations, or trials. Familiarity with e-discovery tools and litigation management software. All candidates remain confidential.
