Staff Attorney II
D., J.D. No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description Provides legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries Ensures their effective operation in accordance with federal, state, local and/or international laws. Essential Functions Provides legal counsel to the corporation and its subsidiaries. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Participates in litigation. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA Accredited law school and admission to the bar or equivalent in jurisdiction outside the U.S. Minimum Experience Four (4) years of experience and demonstrated competency in relevant area of law specialization. Knowledge, skills, and abilities Superior academic record. Excellent research and writing skills. Strong negotiation, human relations, and communication skills.

Experience in transportation, U.S. and Canadian customs, highway safety, industrial hygiene, and OSHA. Skilled in reviewing legal and technical data, partnering with SMEs and leadership, using Power BI and AI tools, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.Pay Transparency:
