full-time Position Overview This role is responsible for supporting a comprehensive Trusts and Estates practice, including the administration of estates from opening through final distribution, preparation and review of estate planning documents, and direct client interaction. The position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative legal environment. Key Responsibilities Trusts & Estates Administration Manage all phases of Trust and Estate administration, from initial intake through final settlement. Prepare, review, and finalize probate and trust administration documents, along with related filings and correspondence. Conduct detailed review of estate planning documents prepared by attorneys and paralegals. Estate Planning Document Drafting Draft Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, and other estate planning instruments. Ensure all documents reflect accurate legal standards and client objectives. Legal Research & Analysis Perform legal research on probate, estate planning, and related substantive and procedural issues. Analyze complex legal matters and provide clear, well?supported written summaries. Client & Professional Interaction Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties in a professional and timely manner. Build and maintain strong client relationships, including participation in networking and business development initiatives. Team Collaboration Work effectively within a team environment, supporting attorneys, fellow paralegals, and administrative staff. Contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Skilled in legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis. 1-2 years of experience in Probate, Trust Administration, and Estate Planning. Strong academic background and professional work history. Advanced legal research and writing abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team. Active license to practice in Pennsylvania.
