Ballard Spahr LLP seeks a Lawyer to join the Real Estate Department in Philadelphia. Qualified candidates should have 6 or more years of transactional real estate experience, including deal management and team management. An active bar license in Pennsylvania is required. The ideal candidate will have distinguished academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and relevant real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and representation of borrowers and lenders in real estate financings).
