ATTORNEY - CHILDREN & YOUTH
The Washington County Children and Youth Department is seeking applications for the position of Attorney. The successful candidate will join a team of attorneys, responsible to advise and represent the department in all legal matters and proceedings. Duties include consultation, witness preparation, and representation at pretrial conferences, hearings, trials and appellate proceedings. The starting annual salary for the position is $78,506.60.00 and the position also receives a generous benefits package, including family health insurance, retirement contribution, and wellness benefits/activities for both employees and their families. A Juris Doctorate from an accredited college or university, admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and prior legal experience, including 2 to 3 years of litigation experience, are required.
