Job Description Our client is a well-established and trusted Regional Law Firm with its main office located in York, Pennsylvania. It is a full-service law firm built on decades of experience, collaboration, and a commitment to client success. It has a growing legal practice serving individuals, municipal and business clients of all sizes. We're known for being detail-oriented, responsive, and client-first. We're looking for motivated and experienced attorneys to join our growing firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a lateral litigation attorney with 2 plus years of experience looking to develop their practice in a collaborative, client-focused environment. What You'll Do Manage a caseload with appropriate supervision. Conduct legal research. Draft and review pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents. Participate in client meetings. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Handle court appearances, depositions, and/or transactional matters. Collaborate with shareholders and staff on complex matters. Contribute to business development and firmwide initiatives. What We're Looking For Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania 2 or more years of experience in private practice Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong organizational and document management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software Nice-to-Haves Experience handling client matters independently Demonstrated interest or background in Civil Litigation and/ or one or more the Firm's other practice areas of: Business, Real Estate, Estates, Municipal, Employment, Family, or Bankruptcy.
