Clouthier Law, PLLC is a woman-owned boutique appellate firm in the Woodlands, Texas, with a reputation for high standards of excellence. What we do:

Appellate litigation

• in state and federal courts, including civil appeals, criminal appeals and writs, family appeals, probate appeals, and bankruptcy appeals.

We generally represent the appellant, which requires a great deal of critical thinking and complex research and writing. We also do a considerable amount of post-conviction writ work in both state and federal court. This open position will focus more on the criminal post-conviction side of the practice. Relevant experience includes criminal defense, district attorney's office, judicial clerkship, and other research/writing positions. Culture of the firm is close knit, casual dress, high level of autonomy with helpful feedback, challenging and meaningful work, fast paced, supportive colleagues, and team-minded.
