Job Description

Transactional Associate Attorney GPAC, a 30+ year recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established law firm seeking a motivated Transactional Associate Attorney to join its growing practice in San Antonio . This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career handling sophisticated transactional matters with a firm that values professional growth, collaboration, and work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of transactional experience. Remote flexibility may be available depending on experience and location. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and related transactional documents Assist with transactions from inception through closing Conduct due diligence and transactional analysis Advise clients on contracts, compliance matters, and business transactions Collaborate with clients and other parties throughout the transaction process Maintain organized files and manage multiple deadlines effectively Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active admission to practice law in Texas 2-4 years of transactional experience Strong knowledge of contracts and transactional procedures Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment Benefits Great work-life balance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid holidays and vacation time Professional development and advancement opportunities Potential remote flexibility This is an opportunity you do not want to miss.
