Responsibilities:
Conduct residential real estate closings Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area
