Associate Attorney Geneva, IL | Hybrid (1-2 days remote) Feagans Law Group, P.C. We are a growing and well-established personal injury law firm dedicated to providing exceptional representation to individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. We are seeking an Associate Attorney with at least two years of experience to join our team. Candidates with experience representing either plaintiffs or defendants are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trial, depending on experience
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and experts
- Develop case strategy and evaluate liability and damages
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve the best possible outcomes from clients
- Participate in trial preparation and trial as opportunities arise What Makes This Role Different You won't sit on the sidelines.
