Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join our team, with a primary focus on real estate matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing attorney to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of law and work closely with experienced attorneys.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload with supervision from senior attorneys Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing Conduct title examinations and resolve title issues Draft and review purchase agreements, deeds, loan documents, and closing documents Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and contracts Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Attend necessary hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances Maintain accurate case files and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar 2-4 years of relevant legal experience (general practice or related areas preferred) Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to professionalism and client service
