Responsibilities:

Draft various motions with supporting memoranda of law and discovery requests Attend hearings Attend depositions Review and analyze discovery responses Work with clients as well as members of the team to determine the best legal strategy and goals for each matter In-office, or remote or hybrid available.

Qualifications:

Licensed by Florida Bar in good standing 2+ years practice as an attorney Exceptional drafting skills Superior researcher using Westlaw Proficiency in

MS Word, Outlook, and Excel Job Type:

$130,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
