Associate Attorney - Family Law Thakkar Family Law | Piscataway, NJ Thakkar Family Law is seeking an Associate Attorney with approximately 1-3 years of experience to join our growing New Jersey family law practice. Current Family Part law clerks are encouraged to apply. Our firm handles a wide range of family law matters including divorce, custody and parenting time, support, domestic violence, and post-judgment litigation. This position offers substantial hands-on experience, including client interaction, motion practice, court appearances, drafting pleadings, client interaction, and case strategy. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized, personable, and interested in building a long-term career in family law. The ideal candidate should have strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
