Great opportunity to join a growing estate and elder law firm! We're seeking an Associate Attorney to join our busy practice, assisting clients with Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, etc.), Probate/Trust Administration, and Elder Law (Medicaid, Guardianships, etc.).Compensation:
Salary Range:
$50,000- 60,000 annually (firm, non-negotiable) Comprehensive benefits package including: Paid Time Off 401k match Team-wide bonus program Additional benefits to be discussed during interview Location & Schedule Primary office located in Fishers, Indiana Regular travel to satellite offices in Franklin, Rockville and Wabash required In-office position (remote work not available) Standard business hours: 8:00 AM•4:30 PM Work-life balance focused: No expectation of working beyond business hours First Year Focus We have established a structured training program for new associates focusing on: Developing technical knowledge in estate and elder law Building behind-the-scenes knowledge in our practice areas
