Associate Attorney

We have partnered with a boutique firm in Glendale that handles business litigation, insurance defense and insurance coverage litigation. They just picked up a new client and business is booming. They need two associate level attorneys to assist with insurance defense/ personal injury matters. Candidates will be considered from defense and plaintiff side. Billable hours and salary depends on how many hours the candidate would like to work and can be negotiated from 1600-1900 billable hour target per year. Firm highlights

• $850 contributed towards health for employee plus $650 per month towards dependents for a total of $1500 per month Very low turnover Very laid-back atmosphere 2 secretaries have excellent tenure, many years Ideal Candidate
• 2+ years civil litigation experience JD
• ABA Accredited law school CA licensure in good standing Ability to respond to discovery, draft motions, appearances in court, taking and defending depositions Work independently and as a team Demonstrated research and writing skills Compensation will depend on a combination of education and experience.
