Job Description
Our well-established reputable law firm located in Sarasota is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. Candidate must be admitted to the Florida Bar.
Responsibilities:
- Prosecute/defend civil litigation matters with supervision as needed, including discovery, depositions, motions, mediations and trials.
- Draft motions, orders, pleadings, memos and letters
- Case Management deadlines
- Legal Research

- Commercial and Residential Landlords-tenant disputes
