Responsibilities:
Manage a case load of 20-30 cases per month Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Assist with case management and organization Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies To be considered for Associate Attorney, you should: Have successfully completed law school and have a completed Juris Doctorate Degree Licensed to practice in California Possess phenomenal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills required to efficiently work with clients, other attorneys, case managers, and other support staff Debt Settlement, Bankruptcy, FDCPA, and/or other consumer civil litigation experience If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration!
