Associate Attorney Round Rock, TX Job Details $80,000 - $120,000 a year 5 days ago Qualifications Bar Full Job Description We've partnered with a well-regarded boutique litigation firm in Round Rock, TX that is actively looking to add a driven Associate Attorney to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience, direct mentorship, and meaningful responsibility early in their career particularly in business and construction disputes, as well as appellate work. What You'll Be Doing Drafting and arguing motions and briefs with a focus on clear, persuasive legal writing. Supporting case strategy from early stages through trial and appeal. Conducting legal research and applying it in a practical, results-driven manner. Managing discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and document review. Participating in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. Assisting with appellate matters, including issue spotting and brief drafting. Communicating directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts. Taking ownership of assignments while working closely with experienced attorneys. What They're Looking For 1-5 years of litigation experience Licensed and in good standing in Texas (required) Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively Detail-oriented with solid organisational skills Prior clerkship or journal experience is a plus Why This Role Stands Out Real courtroom and litigation exposure, not just back-end support. Hybrid schedule:
4 days in-office / 1 day remote .
Reasonable billable target:
1500 hours annually .
Compensation - Salary range:
