Job Description

Boutique law firm seeking 0-2 year associate attorney for our civil litigation division, which handles primarily business, real estate, and trust disputes. Students awaiting bar results welcome to apply. This is an in person position with possible transition to hybrid or remote. TO APPLY, please email cover letter, resume, and writing sample . Duties Meet with and advise clients; meet and confer with opposing counsel Responsible for managing a diverse caseload in our civil litigation department from inception through trial under the guidance of senior attorney; will also handle some probate work Law and motion; discovery; depositions Make court appearances Support other attorneys in other departments as necessary
Desired Skills and Experience Required:
JD; CA State Bar License 0-2 years of experience with some law and motion experience. Personable; Detail-oriented; strong communication skills; strong research and writing skills; ability to work independently Email resume, cover letter and writing sample to saguilar@legalcorp .com
