Our practice areas include Insurance Defense, Labor and Employment, Personal Injury Defense, Products Liability Defense, Retail and Hospitality, Toxic Tort Defense, Transportation, and Workers' Compensation / Nonsubscriber Defense. Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of litigation experience to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable managing a caseload independently in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Conduct legal research and case analysis Take and defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed (virtual and occasional in-person) Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members Meet billing and case management expectations
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in [State(s)] Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience (defense experience preferred) Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote setting Experience in one or more of the firm's practice areas is a plus
