Job Description

Civil Litigation Attorney - Irvine, CA We are actively seeking experienced civil litigation attorneys! Candidates must have at least 3 years of recent civil litigation defense experience to be considered. Responsibilities:
Provide independent case support. Effectively interact with clients, counsel, and supervising attorneys. Analyze and draft discovery requests and responses. Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents. Assess, draft, and argue dispositive motions. Prepare for and defend depositions of witnesses. Participate in court hearings and mediations. Deliver exceptional service to all clients. Adhere to billing and reporting requirements
Qualifications:
Licensed in good standing with the California State Bar. Three or more years of civil litigation experience, general liability experience preferred Ability to work independently while managing a heavy caseload. Strong research and writing skills. Effective oral advocacy skills and familiarity with rules of evidence. Ability to multitask while demonstrating attention to detail. Strong communication and time management skills.
