The successful candidate will join a busy practice and will work primarily in the toxic tort practice group, and will have involvement with defending a wide variety of civil cases including asbestos, talc, premises liability, products liability, and negligence matters. The firm offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including health care/vision/dental, 401K with employer contribution and profit sharing.
Candidate qualifications include:
Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; West Virginia license preferred, or a willingness to become licensed in WV Strong academic credentials; Excellent research, legal writing, and communication skills; Attention to detail; Ability and willingness to adapt to the unpredictability and time demands of litigation practice; and Ability and willingness to maintain positive relationships with colleagues, staff, clients, opposing attorneys, and court personnel Please note that this is a general overview of the duties and qualifications for the position of Litigation Attorney.
