Note This role requires a California-licensed attorney with at least 3 years of civil litigation experience and demonstrated exposure to construction defect, real estate disputes, or business litigation. Job Description Manage complex civil litigation matters including construction defect, real estate, and business disputes Represent builders, developers, and business clients throughout all phases of litigation Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct depositions and court appearances Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and case positioning Provide clear, business-minded legal guidance aligned with client objectives Qualifications Active California Bar license in good standing 3+ years of civil litigation experience Experience in construction defect litigation, real estate disputes, or business litigation Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Background from law firm, in-house, or solo practice environments welcome Why You Will Love Working Here You will join a team that values trust, autonomy, and high-quality work.
