Full-Time Join a Growing Litigation Team We're looking for an Associate Attorney with experience in Civil Litigation and Creditor Rights to represent lender clients in collateral recovery and collection matters. If you enjoy litigation, client interaction, and managing cases from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Handle civil litigation matters from filing through resolution. Represent lender clients in creditor rights and collateral recovery cases. Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and court filings. Conduct legal research and prepare litigation strategies. Attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings. Negotiate settlements and recovery agreements. Advise clients on legal risks and recovery options. Manage multiple active cases while meeting deadlines. Maintain accurate case documentation and client communication. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver excellent client service. Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active Ohio Bar License required. Kentucky and/or Indiana Bar admission is a plus. 2-4 years of Civil Litigation experience. Strong experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal documents. Excellent legal research and analytical skills. Experience appearing in court and handling hearings. Strong negotiation and client communication skills. Ability to manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Creditor Rights . Collections litigation experience. Commercial collections or lender representation. Experience with Replevin or Collateral Recovery matters. Knowledge of Secured Transactions (UCC) .
