We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of civil litigation experience to join our Marvin litigation division with the ability to assist with family law matters as needed. If you do not have Marvin experience, we can provide hands-on training. The ideal candidate is able to collaborate effectively in a team environment while handling multiple caseload tasks simultaneously. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest quality legal services for our clients and maintaining professional, courteous association with opposing counsels and the court. Salary DOE, additional compensation may include discretionary quarterly bonuses. Responsibilities and Duties Manage and prioritize multiple caseload tasks. Draft, review, and revise correspondence and legal documents including but not limited to pleadings, motions, declarations, forms, discovery, subpoenas, and disclosures. Collaborate with Shareholders and Caseworkers to facilitate case progression. Track and manage billable hours. Additional duties may include assisting fellow Attorneys, Law Clerks, and Caseworkers or other tasks associated with business needs. Qualifications and Skills 3-5 years of civil litigation and courtroom experience. Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to prioritize with strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Benefits 401(k) with matching contribution. Stipend towards health insurance.
