This position offers substantial courtroom experience, client interaction, and responsibility handling family law, matrimonial, and Article 81 guardianship matters throughout New York City.

Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of family law, matrimonial, and guardianship matters Conduct court appearances, conferences, hearings, and oral arguments Draft motions, pleadings, affidavits, stipulations, and legal memoranda Develop litigation strategy and advise clients regarding legal options Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, evaluators, guardians, and other professionals Maintain accurate billing and case-management records
