Position Overview:

As a Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation Attorney, you will represent clients in personal injury and workers' compensation cases. You will be responsible for managing cases from start to finish, including case research, legal analysis, negotiation, and court representation. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience and develop their legal career while working with a supportive and experienced team.

Responsibilities:

Handle a caseload of personal injury and workers' compensation cases from inception through resolution. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance companies, and medical professionals. Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court appearances. Maintain excellent client relationships by providing timely updates and demonstrating strong customer service. Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing knowledge and resources to ensure best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active member of the state bar in [State] (or eligible to practice in the state). 0-5 years of experience in personal injury and workers' compensation law (recent law school graduates are welcome to apply). Strong communication skills with an ability to relate to and engage with clients effectively. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. A compassionate and client-focused approach to legal practice. Strong work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
