Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters by driving medical treatment, building strong demand packages, and negotiating settlements that maximize client recovery while following firm strategy and valuation standards.

Advance cases from intake through resolution by executing disciplined medical management, thorough case development, and effective negotiations in close partnership with leadership and legal support teams.
