•This position requires active admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar•We're growing and seeking an Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. The position offers a remote work option and is aligned with and integrated into our Pennsylvania team's practice structure and leadership. We are dedicated to fostering the professional development of our attorneys by providing comprehensive training, hands-on coaching, and meaningful client exposure to support long-term career growth. As a full-time Associate Attorney, you will gain immediate responsibility and become an integral part of a collaborative team with an established line of business. Hands-On Experience:

Engage in all aspects of litigation, including pre-lawsuit investigations, case analysis, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation.

Attorney Qualifications:

Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar and in good standing (required). J.D. from an accredited law school. Minimum of 1 years of civil defense litigation experience including general liability, premise liability and construction defects. Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
