Required:
JD from an ABA-approved law school Passed and in Good Standing with the California State Bar 2+ years of Workers' Comp Defense Experience Experience in trial and cross-examination preferred (but not required) Experience with Depos Understanding confidentiality requirements Ability to manage several projects simultaneously A bit about us:•Our client is a growing California Workers' Compensation Defense Firm.
