This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in complex legal issues, support client needs, and contribute to the development of innovative legal solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in multiple legal disciplines, excellent research and writing skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients. Duties Conduct comprehensive legal research utilizing tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and legal opinions. Draft, review, and revise legal documents including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and memoranda with precision and clarity. Provide expert guidance on estate planning, family law, landlord-tenant issues, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury claims, tribal law & regulations, patent law, environmental law, and immigration law. Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining professionalism and integrity. Represent clients in litigation proceedings across various courts and administrative agencies, ensuring thorough preparation and effective advocacy. Manage multiple cases simultaneously by maintaining detailed records, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with clients and stakeholders. Support the firm's legal administrative processes by organizing case files, conducting legal research, and assisting with court filings. Experience Proven experience practicing law in at least one or more of the following areas: estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, tribal law & regulations, patent law or litigation. Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms. Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents. Experience in negotiation and dispute resolution to facilitate amicable settlements or favorable outcomes. Familiarity with legal drafting standards and procedures within a law office environment. Prior legal administrative experience supporting case management tasks such as document organization and deadline tracking. Knowledge of relevant laws governing landlord-tenant relationships, workers' compensation claims, personal injury cases, immigration procedures, and environmental regulations is highly desirable.
