We're looking for a driven Attorney with a passion for litigation and a keen eye for detail to join us in providing exceptional legal representation. This role focuses on handling a diverse range of insurance litigation cases, from initial strategy to resolution. You will work alongside an established Business Unit Leader and the firm's Chair of General Liability to drive case strategy, develop talent, and expand one of the fastest-growing offices in our national GL division A fully remote work option is available, ensuring flexibility without sacrificing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of attorneys and support professionals in the General Liability practice group Handle a caseload of complex litigation matters, including premises liability, product liability, negligent security, and personal injury defense Develop and execute business growth strategies in collaboration with the firm's leadership and Business Development teams Serve as a mentor and resource to junior attorneys and staff, contributing to a culture of collaboration and excellence Maintain and grow client relationships while delivering superior legal service and outcomes
Qualifications & Experience:
6+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on insurance-related cases or general liability (with a preference for Trucking, Products Liability, and Premises Liability). Juris Doctor degree required. Active license to practice law in Texas. Why Join Us?
