Job Description

Overview We are seeking an attorney with recent trial experience and skilled to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers meaningful career advancement, including a potential path to partnership, with the opportunity to work closely with a Senior Partner on complex litigation matters from inception through trial. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil litigation, Personal Injury preferred, but litigation experience is a must. This role requires excellent legal drafting skills, the ability to conduct thorough research, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. As an Trial Attorney, you will have the opportunity to litigate cases and contribute to meaningful legal outcomes. This is a hybrid position based in Kent, Washington. Employees typically work approximately half of their time remotely and half in the office. Occasional in-office attendance may be required based on business needs, and candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance to appear in the applicable courts when necessary.
License/Certification Attorney Only:
License to Practice in WA (Required) Admission to the Washington State Bar Association.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in court proceedings and during legal negotiations. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts. Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation plans. Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures. Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting practice areas. $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
